This is a small production kit for making Mead or, cider or other brewing with a 5L size.

This kit contains a 5L glass demijohn with silicone bung & airlock as a fermenting vessel and comes with a small pack of steriliser and cleaner for cleaning and sterilising.

The kit comes with a full set of production packs, which include 2 x EC1118 wine yeast, yeast nutrients, Campden tablets, Malic Acid, a pack of wine stabilisers, and one pack of American oak chips for getting the oak character.

The kit supplies bottle filling and bottling devices, including a stainless steel funnel, an easy-starter SS siphon/Racking cane, 7 x 750mm glass screw lid bottles, as well as heat-shrinking capsules.

With these devices, you can also use this kit to make small-scale fermenting for different varieties of wine.

Also, this kit comes with a hydrometer and a 100ml testing jar for testing specific gravity.
