I've had a great experience with Brewers Choice. The products are consistently good quality and they stock a number of items that are difficult or impossible to find elsewhere. Prices are competitive, especially compared to other online suppliers, and shipping has always been reasonably priced. Customer service has also been excellent. Any time I've had a question or issue, the team has been friendly, responsive, and happy to help. I've been particularly impressed with their boiler lids and sight glasses. They're well designed, solidly built, fit properly, and have performed exactly as I hoped. Overall, an easy 5/5 and I'll happily keep buying from them.

Can’t say a bad thing about Anderson! He has put up with my change of mind mistakes and done it like a Pro and with grace! I’m grateful to have found his website and the dealings I have had with him so far. I have achieved what I didn’t think was possible… improving my SS T500 to 95%!!! Once I’m done tweaking everything to make the smoothest run possible and the best base, I can start looking at building a modular 3” system so I can go faster… LOL Thanks again for everything so far. HIGHLY recommended!!!

What can I say… the customer service I received was second to none , absolutely rare now days and very much appreciated. So genuine, so helpful, even attended the shop so I could get a few extra parts on his day off. Who does that now days… an absolute pleasure to deal with, I’ll be returning here for many years to come for my distilling supplies. I recommend you pop in and say Gday… 5 stars for sure. Thank you

I went to buy a small amount of chocolate malt, which cost only $ 1.50. When I found out I didn’t have any cash, the shop owner said, "No problem, just come and pay next time…" I felt like I was not just a customer; I was a friend he had just made… You don’t see many cozy places like these nowadays. Definitely a place to go to if you are a brewer…

I am a newby for Anderson's business, but I have found him helpful. A single owner is always going to give superior advice compared to employees at other brewing businesses.
