This is the 5.3L multi-purpose press for make wine, cider with fruit at home, or make hard cheese by yourself。The press will be efficient to collect the juice if you crush it before you press
This press is made of Stainless steel for the parts contact fruits, and metal for the frame but well coated with orange/red color. The screen bucket may not be fine enough for getting rid of solid material from juice, but you can simply use a muslin cloth inside the bucket.
