StillMate 65L Copper Pot Still - V6509

Description:

This is another version of 65L Copper pot still with copper dome and whisky Onion and still spirtist alembic Pot still condenser kit with 65L digiboil boiler which has build-in thermostat and 3 heating rate.

If you want to make your own whisky/bourbon with natural flavor using the traditional way, then this almost the best pot still distillery kit in large scale.

Both the copper dome and onion force a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design in order to preserve more flavor congeners during each run. The still spirits alembic pot still condenser has a better design with Lynn’s arm and cooling jacket, it is a good combination with the copper onion.

The boiler is 65L Digiboil boiler which is 240v//3500W with 3 heating rate of 1000W, 2000W and 500W each. You can run each elements independently or combined.

The boiler has build-in thermostat for temperature control. Also, this kit comes with a 2000W power station to fine tuning the heating rate for better results.

The sight glass can run as a gin basket/thumper if you remove the copper scrubber/mesh. You have more choices to run this still for different purposes.

The condenser comes with all water pipes and fittings for cooling water and collecting spirits.
